Yesterday I was bothered by VMWare that the typing is too slow so I switched back to Virtualbox. I loaded the traditional Linux, the Peppermint OS Devuan ISO into the picture of utility guest workstation console. I had disappointment with Broadcom's new software, since acquisition product, the VMWare Workstation Pro. In result I put a message on Facebook about this, and Jordan (a friend from beginnings of my computer experiences) set it straight by expressing that VMWare Software is not without its advantages. I give thanks for the wise advice, sure -- not every studio fits the tennant, so to speak. I managed to clean my ASUS laptop's screen using two soft tissues with some water and it still looks good. I was freaking out a little about it.Β

Just now as I type in this window the OLED screen does dimming to the dance of my characters on the screen. I freaked out at first, thinking it was water in the circuits, but no I'm still here. I am getting a killer 1 TB Sandisk Extreme disk (with a carry case) that alleges 1050 MB/sec data delivery by a USB 3.2 C/Gen 2 cable plug in to the computer. My goal is to probably involve a "LiveUSB" for BSD and Linux multiboot or a place to lock up critical files. Good for when I tighten up on my priorities. Today was a drive through Redwood City and I managed to photograph the Airfield Cannabis Supply store. Its so close, and I'm so close as well. I can't go wrong, and I have also collected a portfolio of domain names (incl. "dankweed.com"). I'm ready to take on the next steps of my life-- a career involving DevOps and Linux. What would I say if people were in my shoes today? Travel and build it.Β  Now in review of this, I thinkΒ  my LiveUSB environment will be Gentoo Linux, all compiled and optimized for the system.Β

I'm currently using Peppermint OS Linux which was mentioned to me by a former friend, it is involved with DevOps efforts which you can learn about on their website. I love the HDR on this old Pixel phone, and still need to repair my Pixel 7 Pro (which got moisture damage).
